We have a gym behind the shop where Steve Barrett, Ryan Barrett and Richard Sawyer give one to one personal training sessions. Ryan is currently the British Masters Featherweight Champion and is an expert in personal one to one training as well as nutrition. The team at Gumshield are experienced in all areas of coaching. Steve and Richard have been involved in boxing for many years, first as amateur boxers, then as coaches at Eltham & District ABC and now as qualified personal trainers. Ryan boxed as an amateur and now boxes as a professional. Steve has also got his professional trainers licence and he can advise on all aspects of training, fitness and nutrition.
